Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds

Warranty & General Conditions
We guarantee that:
- Products will be delivered new, in good condition, and in the quantities ordered
- Products will match the specifications advertised at the time of your order
- Products are intended for use as per the manufacturer’s guidelines — it is your responsibility to follow these instructions
Minor variations in colour, design, or measurements may occur within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund, or if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days from order date (where no specific delivery timeframe was provided).
To qualify:
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- If only part of an order is returned, we may recalculate and retain a portion of the original shipping cost
- Return courier fees are your responsibility — you may use your own courier or request a quote from us for collection
- Collections will be arranged once payment for return shipping is received
Defective Products
If you believe your item is defective:
- Keep the product in its current condition
- Contact us promptly with details and any supporting images
- Cooperate with any inspection or info requests to help us assess the issue
If confirmed as defective (not due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear), we will offer one of the following:
- A refund
- A replacement
- A repair
If the item shows signs of misuse or unreasonable wear, we may reject the return and recover associated costs (e.g. courier fees, inspection) from you.
Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver orders to the physical address provided at checkout (no P.O. Boxes), within the indicated timeframe. However, specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Additional Notes
- Please inspect your delivery for any visible damage before signing for it
- Keep your delivery receipt for reference
- Risk transfers to you once the parcel has been dispatched
- If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection
- Care should be taken when opening packages to avoid damaging contents
- If delivery is refused or not collected within 2 weeks of the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to:
- Charge for storage, return delivery, or administration fees, or
- Cancel the order and refund you, minus incurred costs
